Manage your cruise upgrades in just a few clicks
Use Celebrity’s “Booked / Manage Trip” portal to upgrade your beverage package, Wi-Fi, book excursions, make specialty dining reservations, schedule the spa, and complete online check-in.
Step-by-step
1) Go to Celebrity “Booked / Manage Trip”
Visit celebritycruises.com/booked.
2) Sign in (or create an account)
Click Sign In or Manage Trip. If you don’t have an account yet, select Create an Account and follow the prompts.
You’ll typically need your reservation number and the email on the booking.
What to click once you’re in
Check In / View Boarding Pass
Complete online check-in and access your boarding pass.
Check-in opens 45 days prior to sailing.
View & Print Documents
Find cruise documents, boarding pass, and luggage tags.
Typically available ~30 days prior to sailing.
Manage Reservation
Review your booking details and explore add-ons like flights or transfers (if desired).
Plan My Cruise
This is where you’ll book specialty dining, excursions, spa, and upgrade your beverage & Wi-Fi packages.
Tip: Watch for package promotions
For Beverage and Wi-Fi upgrades, Celebrity often runs special offers. Check the site regularly—some of the best promotions are typically around holidays.

When you’re in Plan My Cruise, look for tiles/buttons similar to the screenshot below.
Quick notes
- Pre-cruise pricing online is often better than onboard.
- If you don’t see everything yet, options may appear closer to sailing.
